Well milk can help you grow taller because it is a good source of calcium which is vital for bone health. However, it is your overall diet that is important. There is not point in drinking lots of milk and then living on junk food - it just won't work - your body will lack other nutrients needed by the body. Eat and drink healthily and i'm sure you may grow a little taller. It helps your bones become more dense so yes, it could potentially make you a little bit taller but it works more in little kids. When you're older you won't see much of a difference but the calcium in milk is still essential to normal bone density and other chemical reactions in your body.
