My girlfriend had a similar problem. But that was a long time ago and her nutrionists' advice probably differs from that given today. She had to eat lots of peanut butter and banana sandwiches for lunch; baked beans and eggs on toast for breakfast; and maybe a pasta dish for dinner. My suggestion is to get professional advice.

One of the quickest ways is to eat foods that are rich in fats and sugars. Fatty lamb and pork are examples of meat. Try using double cream in coffee, instead of milk. When you make gravy, replace 50% of the water with double cream. To be honest, plenty of double cream will do the job fast.

Well the answer is simple. The more calories that you ingest is more than you expire. If you want to gain weight, then consume more calories that you expire. If you want to gain weight, simply eat more calories than you use.
