Is there a disease that could make it appear as if your dead at some point, but you don't die that moment (later though)?

There is no disease - as far as I know - that can make one appear as dead; it's just some poisoning which could and some other medical treatments, like suspended animation in labs.
So does fast freezing - but it's just sometimes I am afraid. That's because it's unfreezing actually which raises most of the difficulties.
