If I have toast, I am hungry again by 10, but if I have cereal, then that keeps me going till about 11.30. My 16 month old has been chomping on some toast for the last half an hour though bless him!

I love a piece of toast with nothing on it and a good cup of coffee. For some reason, that is a great breakfast for me.

I aways have toast and a piece of fruit (different one every day) for breakfast, and I like to save my cereal for suppertime.

Gotta go with the cereal. Way more variety; toast gets way to boring.

Usually toast, but I think I'll just have a cup of tea for now. Used to be tea and a ciggie but I quit exactly 1 month ago today : )

I had porridge (with salt not sugar), 2 cups coffee and then a slice of toast with thick cut marmalade, yummy! My lad turned up in the wee small hours and he'd brought them me from a shop in Aberdeen! I haven't seen him since Chrimble either.lol:)-
