The art of mooning can be very fun and inventive. You can try the flying a.s.s. which is one of my personal favorites. What you do is get someone who can drive without laughing out of control, and you're in the front seat passenger of course, pull your pants down at least mid thigh, roll the window all the way down and rest your butt cheeks there on the window ledge..MOON AWAY!!! Just make sure a red light isn't coming up because that could be awkward.

Ha ha. You can moon someone anywhere. But its kinda embaricing if you do it in a store. Just wait untill the right moment. and Grab the oppurtunity!

pull down your pants. and moon them. the other way is have someone else drive and then get in front of them . drive real slow then pull down your pants and boxers. not hard dude

You don't. Indecent exposure can get you arrested, or if you moon a female you can get arrested for sexual harassment.

make sure target is directly behind you and facing your backside. drop your pants and make sure he sees your ***. turn around and laugh at him. for added fun, get in a friend's car and challenge him to a race on the highway. ride shotgun and stick your barenaked *** to the window as your car is next to his. make sure you dont knock out the driver if you know what i mean..
