Me and a kid were mucking round in his yard and i told him to put a apple on top of his head and i would shoot it off.
The arrow has penetrated his sholder entering from the frontal side of his body it went right through and got caught on the vanes of the arrow it only had a field point on it.
The bleeding has stopped and he isnt in much pain i applied a bit of antiseptic solution so it wouldnt get infected.
Will it need medical attention if we remove it or will it heal by itself. He doesnt want his mum and dad to fimd out.

Sorry but you're going to have to go to a doctor. You're kids and it's risky doing it by yourself, so I won't even tell you how.
It will need to get cleaned properly by a doctor, if not it may get infected and he could die since it's close to the chest cavity. Simple antibiotic gel won't do the trick. More damage could have been done than you think.
And you could have KILLED your friend--what were you thinking? Do you evne know how to use a bow right, or how dangerous they can be? You'll be lucky if his parents don't sue your parents. How irresponsible.

Well first off you missed the Apple. Pull it out and clean up the wound. If the area around starts to turn red I'd seek medical attention. You really need to practice some more before you play William tell.

well he needs to tell his parents, if he doesnt he an idiot. who cares if he doesnt want to get in trouble. you are a horrible person for doing this to him. you thought you could be robin hood and shoot an apple off his head. he needs to tell his parents and then go to the hospital. the arrow head will get infected and he may die. so if he dies you are screwed. so play it safe and you need to get rid of all bows and firearms

Take him to the emergency room immediately! If you pull it out and it is in a vein or artery, he will bleed to death very fast!

pull it out put a put band-aid on it
& in a few weeks go to his memorial service when he is buried as he will die of the infection
BUT DONT TELL HIS MOM & DAD DONT WANT THEM MAD(JUST SAD)

You should break one of his fingers; while he is screaming about that, rip it out realy fast! This only works on suprise.
