in a relationship confrontation is going to happen....no way around it. but there are ways to lesson it.
1. listen to the other person
2. take the blame if your to blame
3. have your actions represent what you say.
actions speak louder than words.

Well, first of all, why are their confrontations? If someone's doing something wrong and you confront them with it, and they say, "I don't want to talk about it." well...that's a sure sign someone's avoiding the confrontation. However, if it turns out that one of the people in the relationship is always bringing "something" up and wants to argue, then you need to figure out why there seems to always be an issue to be confronted.
