i live with my mother and grandfather, but i find them both nuts along with the rest of the world, and i want to go live with a life long family friend who will give me the guidense i need, and i do not want to live with my father, if i do move out my grandpa and mother will aliended me if i live with the family friend, but wont aliended me if i go live with my father what should i do?

and in any event, unless you are being abused, you need to stick it out with your family.

I think you should first of all, talk to an adult you trust, that is impartial on the subject (not the adult you want to live with) and see what they have to say! The truth is, if you're being abused, the firend of the familt that you trust so much should be aware of it and report to the police. If not, there must be a reason why your family doesn't want you to move this person! Lastly, I think you should see years from now, what do you think your life will be like and what decision would give you the biggest push to living your own life!

I think you should provide some details on this life long family friend.
You left out a lot of details which leads me to believe you are hiding some details which might be important.
How do you know this person? Friend of the family? Gender? Job? Why are they willing to help you?

Why not try living with your father and see what happens? What about living with your grandparents? You can still receive the guidance from the family friend and not live in their home.
