Spiritualism, in general. Once the spirit is organised and establishes its beliefs then you have the platform for religion itself to grow and be established amongst the people. In order for religion to come about each person needs the spiritual side to match up just enough with the organized beliefs in the religion. So spiritualism and religion are both social phenomenon in which they all come through people and spread through others and eventually involve the concept of supreme beings and rituals to be closer to the being.
