Sadly death is a natural part of life. Sooner or later the body fails. My condolences on the loss of your grandma. I believe you do need to cry and mourn for a while to get all the sadness out of your system. Remember that she will live on in the momories of you, the rest of your family and all her friends.
I'm very sorry for your loss.

Why does any animal die?
It is because our bodies have filled their course in life, and through physical means God has taken them from us.
Crying is good! Being sad is good! Let the mourning happen it is healthy. You don't want to stop trust me. Just don't let it go on too long. You have to accept it and continue eventually, but until then crying helps. :)
I feel sorry for you, and I hope things get better. You and your grandmother will be in my prayers.
IM or Email me if you need any more help.

In my opinion, we die as we were not born to live on earth forever.
If no one died, the world would be much more over-populated than it already is.
I feel for you with your loss, I lost 3 grandparents in a row between the age of 14 and 16. I watched my Grandmother pass away.

Well for me I can say everyone must pass away, I dont think of death like most do, I trust in the bible, and if you do as well, death is not forever, it says in so many words, they rest and waint for Christ to return, all that are dead, will raise up and live again,, so we all die but live later, when Christ returns, this is what I understand to be true, you should cry alittle,, you loved her so thats ok,, but remember its not forever,, youll see her again.. she's only at rest for now..

Your grief comes out of your love for her. It is not a pleasant time or emotion to experience. As the time passes you will find that the grief passes into different phases, effecting you differently in each phase.
To help yourself through this time, consider writing a journal or a special memories book as a celebration of who she is.
Do talk with a friend or counselor or minister about your thoughts or feelings. To help you to stay healthy during this time, do your best to eat, sleep and exercise every day.
Time, thought and emotion will move you toward healilng.
Remember the best of your grandma.
With time your tears will fade.

Mourning is good on the contrary. If you bottle it up to long it will make you sick in the head and kill your emotions. I know I did it in middle school and it took me a loooong time to get back to normal.

Do not morune the one who have passed, as their in a better place. Rejoice in the life that they did have.
