I was driving down th eorad when i had an spisode where I was dizzy and lightheaded. i got my self to the side of the road and then tried to use my left arm. It would not move. All this continued for a few minutes, then the dizziness and lighthead went away. I have a slight headache and I can use my arm, but there is a tingling numbness now in the fingers. I am not sure what to do. I also have hard tiome for a while coming up with names for objects. I new what it was and i knew the name but it took me a while to come up with what the name. That was transitory. So what up with me?

These sound like the symptoms of an impending stroke or that you may have already had a mild one. Don't muck around get straight to the hospital and have some bloods taken. They may want to check your brain function as well. Don't wait this is your health and it is not a good idea to mess around with it.

Dr. J is on the right track, you do not have to be old or in bad health to have a stoke or even an aneurysm. This may be a sign of something very severe. It is wise to seek medical attention as soon as possible to increase your chances of reversing any damage.

You have had a stroke. You need to seek immediate medical attention. NOW! And, do not drive!

it could be the beginning signs of Alzheimer's, but yes, whether it is or not, you should worry
