That's such a funny question, it definitely gets a star. But I do realize that it's very serious to you. When you sneeze you cannot help closing your eyes for a second or two. That's why it's such an interesting question. I think if you rear end anyone it's gonna be your fault, and they're not gonna care if you were sneezing or not. Doesn't seem fair, but if you caused an accident, it's your fault. Sorry. I really feel for you. Good luck. At least mention it to the judge. It couldn't hurt. :)

The accident is your fault. Unfortunately, it is the same as passing out involuntarily while driving. You are held accountable, as you should have been more aware of your surroundings, and adjusted them before you sneezed, as not to be in danger.
That is what they will say.

well,you will probably sneeze all over the air bag as it is coming right at your face.eewwwwwwwwwww.the good news is,they wont need the jaws of life to pry you out of your car because of all the slober on your face,you should slide right out.
