I was looking into buying protein shakes to help me with my workout and a friend of mine recommended me to buy weider products, but theres just too many of 'em and i don't know which is the one i need. can someone help me out with this or tell me where i can get help for this? and what's the difference between gaining mass and gaining muscle?

okay first of all are you working out in order to get bigger and muscles or to lose weight?
whatever you the reason a good protein shake is a good idea.
I remember Growing up with Weider but I don't remmber what it taste like and or which one for you to try.
but here are two protein shake I can recommend to you that you will love.
MUSCLE MILK ---Any flavor
SYNTHA 6 ----Strawberry

if you are gaining mass you are just overall bigger. if you are gaining muscles then you are just making your muscles grow.

so for example if you are skinny and you're just gaining muscle, then you will be looking pretty cut up.
but if you are skinny and gaining mass and gaining muscle
then you will look bigger and have big muscles.

protein shakes are kinda a waste i used whey and it did nothing!! and i do weightlifting 3 times a week for 1hr 30 min. it just adds extra calolries and may be good if ur doing a diet or a 6-5 meal plan. other than that the only thing that will make ur muscles grow is ur intensity in the gym. keep pumping ze iron harda and itll come in time
