It would help if I knew what was wrong but ill just take it that all aspects of your life suck. So completely revamp your image and how other people would see you. Be nicer to everyone. And just be honest with everyone. Then get a new job, place, and anything else of monetary value. And try to be the nicest person you can be. And stay away from bad influences. That should about do it.

First, think about what it is that sucks. Is it a bad job, bad relationship, debt? Look at each area in your life and determine what is good for you and what isn't. Then, so you don't get overwhelmed, tackle each one at a time. Realize that your life won't change overnight and will take new habits to make your life happy. You can do if you stick to it. Good luck!!

You are on your way to help already just by admitting this problem. Now you need to go to the next step. Try making a list of all the things you would like to accomplish in your life and start acting them out as soon as possible.

Consider speaking with a minister / pastor about your life.
They are fully aware of the desire people have to want to find an inner peace, and to live a positive lifestyle, moving their life away from doing mean and hurtful things to self and others.
Shall we say, Christian Churches are in the "life changing " business.

Do a personal appraisal, listing your strengths, and the areas in which you find yourself deficient, and work on improving them. Read page 2, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page 2, and note the tips at the mental-health-abc and conquering stress websites. Practise daily, one of the relaxation methods, see the self esteem/confidence websites, and volunteer, even from home. Try the EFT as well.

You do not give any information about your self.If your young and in school, I'd say stick it out and get as much eduction as you can.It will pay off in the end.

If your older, maybe you could get a few sessions with a Counselor and try to define what is what and what you would like to be.

You might wanna be a bit more specific. Whatever you are in right now, please dont dump/leave it. You need to face it. You will have your family or friends, right?? Can they help you?? Talking about things may give you a bit better, at least getting out of your mind...
