I'll try to keep it basic and brief. FYI, I am a Christian, and am much more familiar with Christian beliefs/practices... but I have done a bit of studying.

Judaism and Christianity are very similar - Judaism is based off the Old Testament, most prominently the first 5 books of the Bible (the Pentateuch, or the Law). Christians accept the Old Testament as God's word, but also believe that Jesus was the Messiah and the Son of God. Christians also believe Jesus was God in the flesh. Christians believe that Jesus died on the cross for our sins and was resurrected by God from the dead on the third day (crucified on a Friday, resurrected on a Sunday). Judaism does not accept Jesus as deity.

Islam is based on the Qur'an, written by Mohammed in the 500's-600's AD. It has some similarities to the Bible, and seems to draw from it, but also has many differences. Muslims (followers of Islam) believe that the Qur'an contains the accurate accounts. They believe that Jesus was a great prophet but was not God. They believe that Mohammed was the last prophet God ('Allah') sent.

There are major, significant, irreconciable differences between the three. There are some similarities, especially between Judaism and Christianity, which is natural since Judaism is essentially 'part one' of Christianity. Jesus is really the polarizing figure between the 3 groups. According to the New Testament, Jesus claimed to be God, and that no one could come to God except through him. This is the biggest difference theologically speaking between the 3 groups.

All three faiths believe in the G-d of Abraham.

Judaism believes in G-d alone. Jews believe there will be a messiah someday, and wait for one who fulfills the messianic prophecies (there have been none yet who have done this). LIFE is important to Jews, because, while we have hopes of an afterlife, we don't know for certain.

Christianity believes that G-d sent a particular son (Jesus) to take on the sins of the world. They also believe that Jesus is G-d and the messiah. Christians place a lot of emphasis on their afterlife beliefs of Heaven, for those who believe as they do, and Hell, for everyone else.

Muslims believe in G-d plus further revelations delivered to them by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Muslims believe that Jesus was a prophet, but neither G-d nor messiah.

you are going to be the two a Wiccan and a witch, those 2 words are no longer an analogous between the biggest sore factors between Wiccans is the improper utilization of the words "Wiccan" and "Witch". Too many human beings use the words interchangably, presuming that they the two recommend an analogous factor. they do no longer. Wiccan Wicca is a faith, and somebody who follows that faith is named a Wiccan. each so often this is complicated to correctly define Wicca, and not all Wiccans will define themselves an analogous way. observing the 8 Wiccan Sabbats, honoring the Gods and/or Goddesses, coming up sacred area for rituals, to call some. Many classic Wiccans additionally experience that belonging to a coven is likewise a call for and that people who prepare their faith as a solitary, shouldn't consult with themselves as Wiccan. in my view, i'm nonetheless unsure on that element. prevalent Wiccans additionally prepare magick, and for this reason are additionally witches. you won't be able to be a "organic Wiccan" from now on than you are able to be a "organic Christian". Witch The prepare of witchcraft isn't linked with any faith, for this reason you are able to be a witch and yet in addition be a member of any form of religions (or none). making use of the organic energies interior of your self, alongside with the energies of herbs, stones or different factors to make adjustments around you is seen witchcraft. however the abilities and presents that are area of witchcraft could be inherited from mum and dad or grandparents, you're no longer immediately a witch merely because of the fact your grandmother might have been one. using magick takes prepare, journey and gaining know-how of. On an ingredient be conscious, a male witch is named a witch, no longer a warlock. Pagan at the same time as i'm explaining terminology, i theory i might throw in "Pagan" besides. Paganism refers to a sort of non-Christian/Jewish/ Islamic religions that are oftentimes polytheistic and are oftentimes nature-based. Wicca is merely one Pagan faith, yet there are others which includes Santeria, Asatru, or Shamanism. many human beings do no longer unavoidably perceive with a particular faith, and merely use the great term "Pagan" to define their religious course. Pagan religions are diverse and break free one yet another, and it is going to no longer be assumed that they are merely diverse names for an analogous faith.

of the three, judaism and islam are the most similar in terms of belief.

judaism is action-based, meaning we believe right action is more important than right belief. we believe G-d is purely spirit and will never have physical form or become human. we believe that jews are judged according to the 613 biblical laws and non-jews are judged according to the 7 noahide laws.

christianity is faith-based, meaning right faith is more important than right action. they believe G-d incarnated himself and became human (the divine messiah). they believe all people are judged by their faith in jesus.

islam is faith-based like christianity, but their idea of G-d is spirit-based like judaism. they do believe in jesus, they just consider him a prophet rather than a god. in islam, all people are judged by their faith in allah.

Very shortly, considering the reality of nowadays:

- different clothes;
- different way of praying;
- different Prophet to whom they follow;
- different language of the "Holy Book" that they follow;
- different "temples" in which they pray (Sinagogue; Church; Mosque).

Inner Light.
