Tell them you would love to work for them but unfortunately you already accept another offer. They may offer more money than the first and if you are in the first few days you can quit without much notice since they haven't invested in training you and have other people already interviewed.

I think you should thank the second company for their time and tell them you have decided to accept an offer from another company. You always want to do this nicely because you never know when you might need them or want to work for them again if your new job doesn't work out. Make sure you compare the jobs properly, not just the money because if the company is horrible to work for you won't be happy no matter how much they pay you.

If you get a better offer from the 2nd company, take it. Don't short-change yourself. Believe me, the company wouldn't hesitate to 86 you if things got bad, always look out for yourself.

Compare and select the best for you.
Tell the other, "I'm sorry but I'm not currently available for work, I've been offered another position at another company. I hope you understand"
