Have you ever made the first move?
Guy (if you just had to look)...Do you mind when a girl makes the first move at times?

If my wife hadn't made the first move we wouldn't be married now. I was shy...super shy...and afraid to talk to girls for fear of getting rejected. Thankfully I was brave enough to say yes when she asked me to go out...we've been married 38 years now...so girls if you see someone you like ask him...

I ask my aunt for the ladies part and she said she has made the first move. She said sometimes the guy is just tooo slow! On the guy part (and yes, guilty as charge, I DID have to look!) I don't mind if a girl makes the first move. It just shows that she knows what she wants.

I never ever did and my boyfriend [of a lil over a year] pointed that out to me. He noticed that I NEVER made the first move when it came to anything untill about 8 or so months into our relationship... it bugged him. He wanted me to make the first move, but it's not like I made it a point to wait for him to make a move first... thats just how I was. But now its different & I've learned to be more confident.

Well im the type of person who has almost too much respect for women to make the first move (that and the fact that im super shy). I feel as though if a woman wants me to do something, either they should let me know or make the first move themselves (they are way too complicated to try and read lol). I know my way takes some fun out of it but I would rather have it that way so that I don't disrespect a woman. It's a dumb way to be but it makes me more comfortable.

Actually, I have to say that I wait to be approached, but in a sense I make the first move by talking to the person and being friendly with him. That always puts guys at ease. They can always tell when a girl's into them if she flirts...

Ahhh! *looks disoriented* Where am I? Why am I in Singles & Dating? Well, to answer your question, I never make the first move and they don't, either. Sorry, love is a bitter subject with me, since my Mom has been married 4 different times.

Yes I have. But this was with another girl, I'm a bisexual. We met in New York,but we just had a crush. I have not made the move with a boy.

yeah. why would a girl making a move on you make you feel odd or whatever? it's not always up to a guy to make the first move.

Hell no I love when they make the first move it takes out the guess work on if they are with it or not.
