John. you may understand that being a guy is a threat for bariatric surgical treatment. adult adult males do not take it besides perhaps reason there are too many regulations. Many greater adult adult males than women individuals have problems yet i does not propose it to everyone distinctly not the RNY. in case you like seeing medical doctors a lot and being in the well-being middle a lot pass forward. in case you do not attempt to alter into obsessed with exercising and small parts and supply yourselves 4 years to end it. it somewhat is better than what would watch for you after the operation... there's a fifty 8% greater suicide threat between sufferers...

Don't do the by-pass . My mother had it done and she is very unhealthy. It has caused her loads of problem. Poor nutrition is the biggest. She can't get enough food to keep her healthy. At one point she was down to 84 pounds. She has had other surgery's to correct mistakes that were made, it was and still is a mess! I know someone Else who had the surgery and she gained all of the weight back.
The issue is you are not morbidly obese and can solve the problem by changing your eating habits and get out there and start moving your body for exercise. Try weight watchers, it works and you can still enjoy food. I have lost 20 pounds by following the weight watchers plan. Remember the weight did not go on over night and it will not come off over night. Talk to a good nutritionist and a personal trainer before taking the route of surgery.
I know you can do it, you just have to want to take off the weight for yourself (your health)

I can only advise you on the diet and exercise.
) Eat 5 to 6 times a day.
2) Eat lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs
(low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein.)
3) Reduce sugar intake and simple carbs. They make
you hungry fast.Cut junk food .
4) Take 2 to 3 cups of low fat milk, cheese, yoghurt.
5) Do an exercise that you like.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and an hour brisk walk every weekday morning.
And I am still at 108 lbs since I lost 31 lbs one year ago.

More details in my blog.
