Ten days in a row with minimum temperatures between 2° and -2° is not summer. It might get to 20°C during the afternoon but that is typical of the middle of winter in northeast NSW.

Summer?? I wish, its freezing here at the moment, and hailing outside! I shouldn't complain though we had been hit hard with drought, its good to see the rain

You've got the wrong hemisphere.
It's the middle of Winter here and very cold.
I can't wait till the warmer weather returns.
I've had enough of Winter and it's only July.

G'day,
It's winter now and it is raining alot... TERRRIFFIC!!! With the long drought in Australia and Melbourne in Water Restriction 3a, we need every drops! Hopefully lots of them fall in the catchment areas.
