He should get life! Don't do it, he is only wanting one thing from you. Your just a kid and sex is complicated even for grown ups. So make sure the person you sleep with will be the one you want to spend the rest of your life together with after he says, "I do."

Jail and a permanent sex offender record. Every time someone looks up sex offenders in his neighborhood, he will be listed as one. Not worth it!
I don't know if it can vary by state as I believe some have different age of consent laws but why chance it, you're not going to get anything out of it at your age besides a reputation.

Your parents will know, you won't see your boyfriend for a while, you will have a desire to do it again with someone else, you may get pregnant, you will lose your childhood and enter the hardcore life of an adult, you may deeply regret it, you may feel dirty, shall I go on? depends on the state. In CA it's a felony. That's why Kobe Bryant had to marry his wife. Her Parents were going to file charges. He met her when she was 17; working in the set of his video shoot. Yup.
