LOL..i know it's wierd, but there is not much that can make me laugh, unless i'm being tickled, i just don't laugh at much...funny movies i don't find very funny, my hubby trys so hard to come up with jokes that 'll make me laugh but i just don't, i mean i laugh like a small quick giggle, but i just don't seem to find humor in much and i hate it, i love being silly and i make people laugh but i can't...am i the only one like this?..any advice on how to find things funny?...wierd question...bet it made you laugh....ha ha

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Everyone has a different sense of humor. What one may find funny, another may not. I think that being happy is more important. This question reminds me of the "Scrubs" episode where JD's girlfriend does not ever laugh. When she finds something humorous she just says "that's funny" with a straight face.
I copy/pasted a question that I answered last week. Chicago floater posted the question and Blossom received best answer. Her answer is hysterical. You may not laugh, but I guarantee you will think it is funny.

of female neanderthal in your hubbys mind even if he does not consciously allude to it. but after a while it is easier for such man to loose any feelings of desire for such a female in search of someone more feminine and classy. lots of reasons make mens sexual desire wane in a relationship some of which are subconscious to them that they dont even know that this is the reason why i just dont see as as sexy anymore. what say you ?

Thanks for the tip. I need some guidance on this because I hadn't heard this rule before. Should I put a cork in my nether regions, or just stop eating food containing fiber? Also, if we are in a car together, is it OK if I ask him to pull over to the side of the highway so I can stand on the shoulder and fart into traffic? Or is that not enough to prevent the devaluation of my sexiness because now he *knows* I'm passing gas (even though he can't smell or hear it?) Is there an exception for when I have a stomach ache, or is this an absolute rule? What if I time MY fart to start after HE has started a fart, so long as I end it before his ends? (That way, his sound and stench will effectively cancel out mine.) How about if he happens to walk by when I'm in the bathroom with the door closed? Do I have to make sure he is not within hearing range of the door? Please help. I don't want to put my marriage at risk. This is serious.

I don't have a problem laughing, but I have been told I laugh at the dumbest things when no one else is laughing! And I never laugh when everyone else IS!! Defenitely depending on my mood if I can laugh or not! Hope you get a good laugh soon! It feels great! Sometimes I laugh so hard I have tears streaming down my face & my belly hurts! I'll try to think of something really funny & get back to you. I have to make sure it's really funny first! Just remember I'm the one w/ the wierd sense of humor! But who knows, maybe that'll just work for you!

I like to call it Genuine Humor and everyone is different on what they think is funny and not funny .
It usually takes a lot for me to laugh , I personally dislike any dry, corny crap. Once I find something funny, sometimes people think i have a weird sense of humor.
I personally don't care what people think , because people will never agree on what is funny and what isn't really funny .

First you need to lighten up. That's the first major step. Let go of yourself and then you'll start to realize what funny is.
