Sometimes our body reacts in a variety of ways for a variety of reasons. It may have a lot to do with eating very little and not taking the nutrients you need. Some lack of electolytes in your diet (like potassium) can cause twitching and other symptoms. You need to have your lytes tested with a simple blood test. You need to insist and find a doctor who believes you and agrees to test u further. The problem is once you incorporate the psych component in your history they are quick to conclude is a psych issue and blow u off.
In the meantime you watch what you eat and try to have a balanced diet.If you have lost a lot of wt, u may need to check yourself into a clinic for a specialized treatment.Dont forget to take a daily multivitamin and drink plenty of fluids, esp lytes replacements (gatorade etc). Also take omega 3 and omega 6 supplements for your vision and mental issues, they work wonders!!
Good luck!

First off, check out environment an finish target of 100lbs. misplaced as an alternative of one hundred fifty. Weighing 100lbs on a five'four" body is borderline dangerous. What I'd advise? Tape up a photo of a lady with a healthful frame to your rest room reflect. DO NOT TAPE UP A PICTURE OF A MODEL OR MOVIE STAR, THEY WILL ONLY MAKE YOU FEEL UGLY. Tape up a photo of a buddy or relative - and even any person you do not know - who has a healthful - no longer obscenely thin, healthful, probably with a little bit tummy (which is fine!), and paintings closer to that. Walk, consume proper - which you're it appears doing - and envision your self the way in which you wish to be. It rather is brain over subject. I'd additionally advise enlisting the aid of a nutritionist or medical professional, who can aid you with the scientific elements of your weight reduction. Above all, do not quit! Others have performed it and so are you able to! Best of good fortune. :)

Sometimes regular Dr.s don't have the answers. It sound like you have a severe anxiety problem and perhaps need more than just the Paxil. A psychiatrist can probably help you more than a regular Dr and if you haven't tried one don't be afraid to---it could change your life for the better.
The physical problems-neck, headache might be helped by a chiropracter.
If none of these treatments help-I would then see a neurologist.

Go see a psychiatrist. It sounds like anxiety and panic attacks. The psychiatrist can get you on the right psychotropic drugs and get you over all of this.
Do not give up, as it takes awhile to find the right drugs, that work. I went through Paxil, Celexa, Serezone, Wellbutrin, Zoloft, until we got it with Prozac and Klonopin

Get a recommendation to see a good neurologist. I went to ERs several times with different symptoms and was told nothing was wrong. They sent me to a psychologist who was trained as a neuropsychologist, and she recommended I see a neurologist, who ended up diagnosing my condition and treated it successfully.

If the neurologist can't find anything then stay in counseling even if you don't believe it's a psychological problem.

sounds like your heart rate is tachacardia. As for your loss of appetite thats anyones guess. When you say you cant help it you are convincing yourself of that... tell your self you CAN help it and see how that works out for you
