It needs to be free (or free trial), can handle a lot of files, and can also use other file types. I run Windows XP and need to burn Quicktime videos to Dvds that can play in standard dvd players. Oh and it needs to self loop

You may need to be more specific on mov files you see there are several different Movie Formats it depends on the source they came from.
2nd it depends on if you are using a Mac, or a PC they use different ones.
It also depends on weather they are copy protected or not.
Go to Google and try DVD Shrink it's free but I don't think it is as good as Toast.

You have to convert your MOV video to DVD format (VOB), then burn it to a blank disc, Movevi Video Suite can help you do that, it can help you convert and burn DVD, here is a guide about it
