I have windows home vista. How do I seperate my pics out of 'Pictures' into seperate files?

All I've been able to do,is assign new folders to new input from camera.I can use label makers&print&E-mail &edit,but I can't break the folders up.I can only 'select all' or select one,but not 3 out of 11.When I right-click on pic there is no path to move pic to 'new folder'.

Right click click New Create a new folder, then open
minimize both and simply drag them to the folder you want them in.

"Pictures" listing is permanent, however, you can add additional subgroups and label them. After doing so, you can transfer your pictures into the new subgroups.
