Adam and Eve lived in the Garden of Eden for a long time before getting cast out. In the garden everything was in harmony with everything else. Maybe T-rex was lying down with the lion and the lamb too.
When they were cast out, they entered the real world of hard work, knowledge of good and evil, and luckily enough, were able to have children. By that time I think all the Dinos were gone. To answer your questions ...God would have created Dinosaurs first, because they are under the "animal" day, while Adam and Eve were created on the 6th day, the last day before God rested on the Sabbath.

you know you got a point on that, I would say the dinosaurs cuz their is proof there's people who have found bones of dinosaurs, but nobody has ever found the grave of Adam and Eve. maybe the dinosaurs ate them and the story of Adam and Eve is just a urban legend.

He made Adam & Lilith (Adam's first wife). Then dinosaurs - remember Adam had to name them all. Then after Lilith left Adam (because he wouldn't let her be on top) God made Eve, the typical mealy-mouthed Christian woman (likes it missionary style).
Genesis 2:18-19 says man came first, then animals
Genesis 1:25-27 says animals first, then man.
(Two different Genesis accounts Guess God forgot when he wrote the Bible).

Gen. 1:24 "And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so."
Gen 1:26 "Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, [b] and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
Clearly indicates dinosaurs first, man second...both on the 6th day.

God created "big" animals on day 5 and "more like regular" animals on day 6 and MAN last.
Sort of paralells science, except it was written 3,000+ years ago.
Oh and the Earth was created 2/3 of the way from the start of it all, just like SCIENCE says it was.
Isn't that amazing!
The BIBLE says The Sun and Earth came about 2/3 of the way from CREATION just like SCIENCE SAYS!
Except the BIBLE SAID IT 2,800 years sooner!
Science is a little slow. It has to play catch up to the Bible.
You know like JESUS RESTORING LIFE with a touch of his hands in 30 AD and CPR coming about around 1980 AD.

According to the book of Job he made the dinosaurs first.
mans commentaries says the behemoth is a hippopotamus
read the description and see what you think
15Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as an ox.
16Lo now, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the navel of his belly.
17He moveth his tail like a cedar: the sinews of his stones are wrapped together.
18His bones are as strong pieces of brass; his bones are like bars of iron.
19He is the chief of the ways of God: he that made him can make his sword to approach unto him.
20Surely the mountains bring him forth food, where all the beasts of the field play.
21He lieth under the shady trees, in the covert of the reed, and fens.
22The shady trees cover him with their shadow; the willows of the brook compass him about.
23Behold, he drinketh up a river, and hasteth not: he trusteth that he can draw up Jordan into his mouth.
24He taketh it with his eyes: his nose pierceth through snares.
