Sure, but it may be extremely unhealthy to lose that amount of weight in a short period of time.
You would literally have to go from liquid diets to eating very, very little for each meal and all the while exercising vigorously.

My advise, you'll see better results if you lose the weight slowly.
If you try to lose too fast you'll end up with all of this extra layer of skin that never had the time to adapt to its new shape.

Eat the right amount of foods.
Stay away from anything fried and seldom eat cheese or white bread.
Have a burger every once in a while and slowly start an excersise routine.
Do excersises a little at a time.
Start with cardio since it tends to burn more fat.
Do cardio every 2 days, slowly building up to every other day.
When your comfortable, do it as an every day routine.
Keep it on your calendar and set a time that you have at least an hour to burn.

That is going to be the healthiest way of doing it.
You'll see better results and will be happier in the long run.
If you keep at it religiously, I would say that you would see results in a very short period of time and may lose that 83 pounds within 1 year.

You can probably lose 20lbs in 5 months.

83 pounds in 5 months is impossible without surgery.

See a nutrition specialist to give you meal ideas to reach your weight goal, & also ask a personal trainer to make you a fitness program, AFTER he evaluates you!!!

$$$ = Worth it!

My parents used Isagenix. Isagenix is a natural health diet. If you're too thin, it'll fatten you up a bit. if you're fat, it'll help you lose wait. and the results happen 10 times faster than any other sliming product. WOrks into only (depending on your plan) 9-30 days.

Go to this website www.specialk.com then click on new special k challenge...i have done this diet..it REALLY WORKS! so anyway go there and stick to it...it is truly amazing...and it is the smartest healthiest fastest way there is to loose weight..and for your dinner meal..eat lean turkey or grilled skinless chicken with veggies and fruit to keep your nutrition up. you will be sure to loose weight if you do this..oh and don't forget to exercise for at least 2 hrs a day...do something fun...if you like to ride bikes...trampoline..dance..if you have fun while exercising then it doesn't feel like work..so lose weight and have fun while doing it!

I recommend, of course, running, its the best way to exersice. Do a run every (or every other) morning, or night. And also theres the diet; the best things to eat are cereal in the morning do NOT eat anytihng even remotely pastry like pancakes, waffles, poptarts, and especially dohnuts. The best cereal to eat is Special K, they even have the new chocolate one, which is actually very good. Then for lunch eat meat, not junk food like Mcdonalds or BK, instead go for like steak for rost beef, something low in fat but high in Protein, skinless chicken is actually the best since its pure protein. Then for dinner a salade is really good, maybe an extra bowl of cereal. Also u have to COMPLETELY cut out soda. Limit snacks too, beef Jerky is my favorite snack, it really low in fast and really really good. As far as workouts, like I said a run is really good, and for actual working out like Push ups, sit ups, and may weights, if you do them in the moring before you eat breakfast they not only help build muscle, but also, since your body has completely use up it carbs from the previous day, it will burn saturated fat for its energy. If your keep strong, you really will be happy. I use to be over weight, a while back, but I kept strong, and determined, and realized that even though its tough now, its soo easy to maintain... It's not healthy, but if you eat 500-600 calories a day you will lose 10 pounds per week.

you can only lose about half that weight in that amount of time. Eat 1200 calories a day, and exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes daily.

it is true about half....but let's go at this problem two ways.....the body and the way you eat...they both have to change to lose weight....try this site......body-for-life.com and eating-for-life.com in there is a challenge but it starts on the 24th of july......in 12 weeks .....they say you will really change....try and see what will happen...who knows you really could have a weight altering life change....try it , I did and lost about 28 lbs. and about 10% body fat.........have fun
