It means that basically you can't relive the past. It's pretty self explanatory.

She may have some personal problems that even you don't know about.Being 15 is a very trying and emotional time for a kid.You will come across all types of people in your life and you will feel alot of heartache and sadness because you have become attached to them. She has learned to meet some wonderful people in her life and learned to be a good friend because of it.The same will happen to you as you grow older.Accept her change and try to keep in contact with her via mail over time. It's never easy to let someone dear to you go but in time you will learn to appreciate what you have gained in memories and trust and knowledge. That is how we learn to communicate with people over time.We meet all sorts of people in our lives. She'll come around again.Keep in contact with her and move on with your life. She'll be happy if you do.I'm a mom of a teenager and I know what it's like for her to meet and lose friends.I left behind some dear friends myself as a kid and still think about them every now and then.I ran into one that I haven't seen in over 25 years. They were so happy that I was a mom and happy in my average life. They said that when they left that they just hoped that I would make it in the world and I did. That's the best advice I can give to you.Keep a record of all the friends and memories that you come across in your life so that one day when you two meet up again, you'll both see how far you've come in life and really amaze yourselves. You might even get a few laughs about the hairstyles that you wore or the clothes that were in.It'll be hard to let her go but you have to.The rule is: FOR EVERY FRIEND LOST A NEW ONE IS OUT THERE WAITING FOR YOU TO DISCOVER THEM.Good luck and you'll be fine. You'll see.

For some reason she's chosen another school. You'll meet a lot of new kids this year. Yes, you'll miss her, but you still can keep in touch either by phone or email. Ask her what she meant by she can't really go back...Can you call or email her? Drop her a letter? See if you can find out what the problem is. You'll be OK tho. You'll be busy w/your new yr. in school & still have the old friends too.

Starla...I think she meet she is going back to a place she once was in the past but...in actuality she can never go back...no human can push a rewind button...and redo anything...you know like the good times you'll had are etched in stone...GET IT...you just keep writing her letters and send each other pictures... ask your parents to arrange meetings for you two...keep in touch with your friend!
...right now you feel so down but trust me sweetie things and your feelings will get better...there is a reason for everything!...
...problems come to make us strong...you can grow from this by knowing your friend will always be in your heart...if you can't hold her physically...hold her in your heart...people will always come and go from your life...if you want this girl to be a friend forever do all you can to hold on to her...you are a good person!...

A depressed mood is generally situational and reactive, and associated with grief, loss, or a major social transition. A change of residence, marriage, divorce, the break-up of a significant relationship, the death of a loved one, graduation, or job loss are all examples of instances that might trigger a depressed mood.

just take care of yourself, follow her advice...
