My title says it all im looking for that website you can pay to look up anybody you want and find out just about anything about them.....i cant remember the name of it though

You will need basic information about the person (birthday, last known address, etc.) and they will generate a list of names, addresses and various types of info for you.

There are a ton of sites like that, but there's never a guarantee that you're going to get much information from them.
Just Google "Background Check"
