Well changing is one thing, you can use Windows X XP conversion pack, this pack only change the appearance of the whole Operating System. If you really want to change the files of the Operating System, try buying online or but to the nearest computer shop and perform an upgrade. Always do a Clean Installation, upgrading can only slow down your computer, files that aren't needed, not deleted.

Not hardley these are 2 completely different Operating Systems and they will cost you, they are not free.
The only thing Microsoft gives as free are the updates and bug fixes
