and then in the middle I feel really thirsty, what would be the cause of that. I wondering should I try to decifer the ingredients. This happened on several occasions.

Sometimes I drink it around mid afternoon 3 ish 4 ish so its not before I go to bed and I don't snore.

all the salt in the energy drink dehydrates you and because you are not being active so its building up in your body

It is probably not the best idea to drink an energy drink before bed. I would think that that would just defeat the purpose of the 'energy' drink. Not sure about you but my sleep does not require much energy!

Look at the nutrition label-if it's high in sodium that's probably it. Are you sure you are drinking enough water? Maybe you're chronically dehydrated and the energy drink has nothing to do with it.
