all the time...IE: every night....

talking to this person is like talking to a brick wall..i've told them often..please don't ring our buzzer..i don't know you therefore i will not let you into the building..they are ringing our buzzer around 1 or 2 in the morning.

I've asked the neighbor who the guest goes to also..to make sure her guests are ringing the right buzzer..obviously that hasn't worked.

can the police be called? the property manager hasn't done a thing about it either..even though she's been told.

First I'd start a log to record every time this happens. Once you have enough instances to show that this is happening far too often, send a copy of the log with a well worded letter directly to the owner of the property, with a copy to property manager. You might even point out that this ongoing situation is denying you the peaceful enjoyment of your home, something that could be a breach of your lease/rental agreement. Hopefully this might prompt the property owner to address this issue directly to your neighbor with the possibility of eviction. But keep that log going. If it doesn't stop, call the police. Show them your log and ask for their suggestions. If you can get the name of the offending party, you might have a case to get a restraining order against them which would either keep them away or put in jail immediately. Good luck.

It's a form of harrasment, so call the police. If your really great neighbour won't do anything, nor your landlord, be a pain in their butts!! The police won't be happy about this call and may talk to the landlord, so I bet action will be taken after that! Otherwise, see if there is anyway to cover your buzzer at night ( I know it's a pain, but you may get some sleep!) Good luck, I know what's it like to have retarded neighbours!

Is there some way you could more clearly label the buzzers? Maybe I am missing the point here, but is it possible that they are just repeatedly mistaking your buzzer for their friend's buzzer?

Did you have a fight with them? Why are they doing it to you?

The next time they do it, go down with a can of insect spray and spray at their face.
