What is your favourite kind of acrylic paint and paint brushes. What brands work best? I haven't been able to find a kind of paint or brushes that I really like so I need some advice. Thanks!

No, don't use Rose art that's pretty much the cheapest art supplies you can buy.
Liquitex is a common cheap acrylic paint, but it's not bad. If you go to a good art store (basically anything that is NOT a Michael's or Hobby lobby, etc) they sometimes have their own brand and often times they are not bad at all.
If you go to a good art store the staff could really help you based on your particular needs. Just avoid the really cheap paints like roseart and this one brand called Reyes (sp?).
I think Winston & Newton also makes acrylics and their products are good.
In terms of brushes, use real hair brushes for most things. Cheap synthetic brushes are good for covering large areas if you are just putting down a base or if you are doing something where you know the brush is going to get beat up.
The kind of brush and brand really depends on what you need if for. Pay attend to the size, shape and length of the brush and the displays should be marked whether they are for acrylic, oil, etc.

Don't know. Well do you need to paint like your rommor a wall? It is very differnt so you can't really answer it you know! For paper , use roseart or something.
