Okay, continue eating (if you don't--START) healthy. If you just want to put on some weight but still want to look "Fine for tha ladies..." then eating healthy will help you do that. The trick is to eat MORE. Because you burn so many calories during your work out, then your body can't store them as fat. Just eat more healthy foods, and continure working out.

---oh I advise you to build up your calories slowly. So you can manage your weight more properly.

I agree with the first responder, gaining weight takes time. If you're gonna do it, do it smart. Align your lifestyle to maximize your gains.

Start by getting a mentor. Someone who you respect, who knows what they are doing in the weight room and has made the gains you want to make. They can guide you. Make sure you are doing the exercises properly. I see too many idiots doing the wrong movement, doing them too fast, or just making up bad routines.

Get some muscle mags and see what they pro's are doing for workouts. If you can, get a personal trainer if you have those kind of resources. I had my biggest gains with a trainer. He aligned my lifestyle to meet my goals. I gained 12 pounds in one month.

Your body can't grow without proper rest. 8 hours of sleep I think is healthy. Make sure you take time off between workouts. You're 15... you need the rest since your body is growing lots any how.

Your caloric intake should increase. I think 3,500 calories a day - check on that one. Ensure you are getting protein with each meal. Be sure to have protein an hour after your workout. Stay healthy and balanced. Avoid junk food. No alcohol - yes, I realize you're only 15. Beer kills your chance at tight abs.

Do not do steroids EVER. First, we really don't know the long term affects. Also, you don't know what you are buying until it is too late. A friend did them in high school but got sold the female hormone and got "***** tit". He looks like a freak.

Finally, make sure you have realistic expectations. You should expect to gain weight at a gradual pace. A 30 pound gain over 12 months would be huge.

Good luck!

PS check out Val Waugaman...a personal friend of mine.
