I meditate and then thank God
For what I have received and for what I am about to receive
For all my lessons in life and that I learn then well

Then I head off to Astral Travel out into the universe to the Halls of Knowledge so I can learn as much as I can

Love & Blessings
Milly

I pray every night before I go to sleep. But it has nothing whatsoever to do with scientific exploration. It is just because I know that I continuously fail God; even when I do not intend to do so. And I want to make certain that I ask for God's forgiveness before I go to sleep. For I nor anyone else is promised that we will wake up in the morning. And when I have to stand before God; whether it is before this night ends, or a year from now, or twenty years from now; I want to make certain that I have a clean record in his eyes. And the only way that this will come to pass, is if I continuously confess and repent of my sins; receiving by faith, forgiveness and cleansing in the blood of Jesus Christ. Scientific exploration will never save the soul of any person; but only the blood of Jesus Christ.

Meditate and ponder scientific exploration. I don't believe in praying.

I tend to read a book before going to sleep -- usually science or true history or psychology. So I suppose the answer is "ponder scientific exploration... at least, part of the time."

Sweet dreams to you also!

You might say I meditate. I like to sit out on our porch and watch the sunset, contemplate the stars, and the possibility of life on any planet orbiting any of those stars.

And sometimes, I'll close my eyes, listen to music, and let my mind wander. It ends up in all kinds of interesting places.

Praying and meditating on God's word and His blessings. It helps to calm your mind.

Sleep sweetly.

Actually, I try not to ponder any of that, because it'll keep me awake. I read the fiction novel on my nightstand until I've rered the same thing twice or have dropped the book because I fell asleep reading it.

Yes I fix my mind on the loving eternal transcendental pastimes of Lord Sri Krishna in the eternal pleasure groves of Vrindavan with His eternal consort Sri Mati Radharani. Totally blissful meditation. As I chant their holy names (har-ray)
Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare
sooooo nice. Sweet dreams to you too.
