Jealousy like this is usually caused by HER unfaithfulness - she is feeling guilty about her "friend", so she pushes the guilt onto YOU!
You deserve MUCH better than this - kick her @$$ to the curb ;);)

Well this tells you that the two of you need to talk more and set down some ground rules to your relationship. At the same time if you try to control every little aspect of each others lives then the question is do you have a relationship worth keeping?
You cannot stop your significant other from having a life outside of your own relationship or you will start to take each other for granted.
So the question is are you staying together from lack of options, boredom or because you have so much in common that you miss spending time together when you are not together? How can you know any of those answers without spending time with other people.

not only does she hold double-standards but she over controlling
