There is no other alternative but to put up your own business if you don't want to get a job. Start with a small capital first and see how it goes. Keep to a minimum spending for operational costs. Like what I told this guy who asked almost the same question as yours, do your business at home for starters. Good luck!

Most places you can't get a real paying job until you're 18.
Some fast-foods & super-markets will hire 16 year olds.
Your best bet is to be self-employed, by offerring services:
Baby-sit, dog-sit, house-sit, cut grass, car-wash, house-work,
gardening, clean-up, etc.
Start with the people that your parents know to be safe.
If you put up flyers to advertise, don't mention age or gender.
"Reliable young person to do odd-jobs, reasonable rates."
Put only your home number, or parents cell-phone better.
Never reveal your address either, lots of wierdos out there.
Find out what other kids are getting for such jobs.
