ok, its summer and theres nothing to do!! its so hot outside so the only thing u can do is go swimming. do u hav any ideas on things i can do that burns a lotta calories, and i can do by myself (wit out frends)?

o yea, i was thinking bout goin outside and joggin in the mornings...but it would look kinda weird since im only 12...

legit who cares if your 12 its fine if you run and if your self conscious then all of your friends are probably asleep and wont see you.

Ask your parents to take you to a gym or a YMCA or you can bike but really at your age unless you shouldn't be worried about your weight. Unless you weight more then 160lbs you really shouldn't be worried about burning calories. Now just incase your parents say no to the YMCA then bike. Ride a bike every day a mile should be more then enough. Jogging is a good idea to but make sure you work up a sweat now just make sure you do this all in a safe neighborhood. -Take care

Jump roping is a very good way to get exercise. So is jogging, like you said, but I would make sure that you do it in a safe area and make sure that you are not alone. If there is a large wall you could play wall ball by yourself, that's fun. Good luck and have a wonderful summer!!!

SWIMMING is probably one of the best exercises you can do!

You use muscles that you've never really used before, and it is a great source of cardio...

If you have a pool - do laps. In a river - swim upstream ;);)
