Hey! im not that fat just chubby around the stomach and thighs i would like to have a flat tummy and smaller thighs is this possible in 3weeks? and how?

Not in 3 weeks - the only thing that can give results THAT quickly is Liposuction...

SIX weeks (at least!) of intense working out should give you the results you need. Your body has to burn the excess fat, convert it into muscle, and allow your skin to (naturally) take on your "new" shape.

Things such as rapid weight loss only lead to hanging skin - which basically defeats the purpose of dieting just to look good ;);)
