i have no gym over there, and i want to know what i can do to keep my muscles growing while im gone. should i do aloooot of workouts before i leave? i leave on monday. i wont be back till a week or two later. help?

What you don't want to do is overwork your muscles, of which it sounds to me as if you do. Whether you do alot as you say or just work out 3 or 4 times a week will not make a difference in the way you look. It can cause your body harm to overwork these muscles, so please relax, and don't worry so much about working out, working out! The best thing you can do for yourself is have professional supervision at a fitness club or gym. They will supply you with a fitness trainer and also a nutritionist so that you will do much better than this program you are doing by yourself. Thank you for listening.......bettyk

Most hotels now have facilities where you can get a good work out. Jog on the beach and do lifts with telephone books or other heavy objects in your room. Where are you going on vacation? If it's Brazil or Jamaica, maybe you could find two pretty girls and carry one on each arm. That should do the trick. (lol)

u could do basic work outs, like crunches, situps, and leg lifts, and do a big arm workout b4 u leave
