I have one day devoted to cardio and anorexia and then the other day 1200 calories of protein shakes only!!!!

How is this affecting me! I'm losing weight and also take all the vitamins I need!

i would not do that, but if it works for u then its good nothing but shakes its bad though. i dont use any supplements

This is not safe. Your body also needs carbohydrates, fiber, and essential fatty acids.
