The special K cereal bars are sweet and are good for you. They are delicious and come in different flavors. I prefer strawberry but they have chocolate, blue-berry and other flavors ENJOY!!!

Strawberries.
Or, if you want to really splurge, strawberries with yogurt or cool-whip ontop.
Or, super splurge, stick the strawberries and cool-whip ontop of a biscut or pound cake, or even a nice slice of white bread toasted.

Other healthy options would be, a low-fat yogurt, pineapple, fruit cocktail, really any kind of fruit, frozen yogurt, fruit sorbert, sherbert (not really 'healthy'), Whole wheat toast with fruit preserves ontop, light popcorn with a couple teaspoons of sugar subsitute or plain sugar ontop.

Hope that helps!

1 mini pavlova shell ( should take away sweet craving!)
with no fat or low fat vanilla yoghurt
and maybe top with strawberries. And if you want to make it a treat drizzle a hint of honey or golden syrup!

Only 2.5 points n the Weight watchers program i'm on. So it's good.!
