Theres no way to get in shape really fast in a healthy way. Just do aerboic excercises and lift weights just to tone (don't powerlift, you'll regret it later). Btw, lifiting weights at an early age will stun tyour growth. Also while your lifting weights, you have to let your muscle that you just worked on repair and grow. That means you work on one part today and then work on something else the next day. Make a schedule and stick to it. Good luck.

leg lifts, crunches, situps, and use a medicine ball. also do bicp curls and pushups.
