What is a good drink or powder that helps develop muscles for teen boys. Please dont waste my time telling me about i dont need those kinds of things at least im not taking steroids

You're better off saving your money and just make sure you eat a good balance of protein and carbohydrates. Unless you plan on getting big like a pro body-builder, excessive use of the high calorie powders will just make you gain weight (fat, not muscle) and the protein your body does not use that day it will get rid of. If you take a little time to plan your food intake, you can do perfectly fine without the powders and save a load of money (especially if Mom and Dad are still bying the groceries.)

If you are a teen, I would strongly encourage you to seek the okay from your physician. I know it seems like it to you, but you are still growing physically. You want to make sure you still have a balanced diet for you age. That being said, I think whey protein, in moderation is good. Even just adding dehydrated milk powder to a shake or smoothie could be safe as well. Whatever you do, use moderation. Time is your best friend, right?

No matter what supplement you take, you still need to do regular exercise/lifting supervised by a professional gym instructor. As you said it muscles are DEVELOPED, they don't just pop out just because you took some pill or some health drink. They may help but in the long run you have to SWEAT IT OUT.

The natural way is to eat more lean meat (protein-rich food) and less carbohydrates and fats. keep doing your regular gym workout.
