im planning to have gym 2morow and this would be my first time for my gain weight what should i do to improve it? or what to eat. and advice for first timer.

well if u want to get big then do less reps with more weight. say ur doing bench pressing and u normally do 3 sets of 10 @ 145lbs, instead do like 3-5 sets of 5-7 with like 165 or something. if u wanna be lean then do less weight and more reps such as 4 sets of 15 @ maybe 125lbs

eat things high in protein, like chicken and tuna. choose a workout plan and stick with it.
