14 year olds can't get a tattoo, last time I checked you have to be 18 in most states for a tattoo, so you will have 4 years to ponder this and more then likely, you will be done growing by then unless you become a big time body builder. And yes, depending on where you put it, and how much the area grows, it can stretch.

Tattoos may fade FASTER than normal (usually last for decades w/proper care before they need touch-ups) depending on how often an individual is in the sun, the quality of the ink used, how well the tattoo was done, and if an individual doesn't properly care for the tattoo during the first couple of weeks. Otherwise, the tattoo will merely become a bit dis-shaped after "body-building". Tattoos are, after all, permanent. Good luck. ;)

It doesn't really matter, since no decent tattoo artist in the entire country would tattoo you at 14. Plus it's illegal in most states.
But no, it probably wouldn't fade significantly due to growth. The skin is very elastic and growth is very gradual.
But like I said, it doesn't matter anyway. Wait a few more years.

The tattoo will fade as you age, not as you grow.

they will fade if you don't look after it, so make sure you use sun cream on your tattoo when in the sun...
