I was raised in asia, and I do admit that I always smiled and likes being sweet to others. Same questions that they asked me here in US, I just answered them that it is in our culture, to respect the others, and be always happy as it brings good luck in life, love, business, and in health, it makes u look good too. :)
In our professional career, were trained to always smile at work and dont make any argument to one another instead always give a customer/co worker a smile to find a solution to resolve each problems, I believe that it works especially in business.

Dude seriously. Those girls are sweet, hot, smart, and polite. Its awsome, i need to date one(she's in my math class, freakin beautiful), just to see how it feels.
