Everyone feels like that at some point in there life. Some people feel that way more than others. I hate that feeling more than anything in the world. But you have to believe that you are not alone. I do not know you but I care. I care because I would not wish anyone to feel this way. I am sure someone cares about you and if you really think you would agree.

Unfortunately, you are not the only person to go through this. I did and it has taken me a while to recover from it. I have the "let someone in" problem with my husband but only in one area in my life. But, just the same it is important. You can't possibly waste peoples time. What has help me is my counselor. It is a self esteem issue and asoon as you accept that it is there, you can move forward and try to change it. It sounds easier then it is but I assure you that once you reach the goals you set for yourself, you will feel on top of the world.

No, you're not the only one. If you want to keep feeling this way, then forget this message. Otherwise my message is: get help. You need a psychiatrist and a therapist. Between the two they have the best chance of being able to get you feeling like yourself as soon as possible. It's easy--lots of people get better very quickly. But they can't help you don't ask.

everyone feels like that at one time or another.. most people live in a self-centered life, fixated on themselves... but we all create these barriers in our head which keep us from talking with others.. try to raise your awareness of when you're jumping to conclusions and putting thoughts in other's heads, take care of yourself and maybe look in to counseling if this doens't resolve itself soon.. you don't have to feel this way your whole life, and it's ok to ask for help or be a burden on others.. what you think is wasting other people's time is actually what can build very strong bonds with people..

A lot of people feel the same way you do. It's called depression. Maybe try talking to a counselor who'll help you out with the problems your having? I hope you feel better soon. People do love and care for you.
Take care and feel better.

There is an insult unto death and depression s all about friends and family. You will be learning why you were left behind as you learn the second vocabulary and the rules for greeting and social interface. Good luck .Try to avoid the winner-players and get one friend who is like you are.

You aren't talking to the right people. Seriously, you need professional help. Asking questions on here won't resolve your issues. It's great you are reaching out, it really is, but relying on people here, not professionals can cause more harm than good.
