Hey everyone, I'm 15 and I have pretty big arms for my age, I was wondering if there was a certain way to get more defined triceps, like when I flex my tricep muscle shows and all but I was wondering how can I get it just to show without me flexing.

When you do tricep rows, make sure you are going through the full range of motion of your arm and in a controlled manner.

Turning your hand will slightly change how your muscle moves your arm, thus working a different part of the muscle. Also changing the angle of your arm in relation to your body does the same.

High reps with low weight will harden and add definition to your muscles. Low reps with high weight adds bulk. If you want to look more cut and ripped, try higher reps with lower weight if you think your arms is as big as you want it.

Also, body fat hides muscle definition. The less fat under the skin the more defined your muscles look.

Try tricep dips. They work the triceps and the chest.
