Who's assuming?
Out of what book did you recover the fact that I'm going to hell?
What's that " a book written by men"?
Please.

Arnon: Firemen aren't taught to love ones fellow man. They're taught to put out fires.

Well, thanks "some" Christians for proving my point. I haven't anything against any of you. I was just wondering.

key word some, faithful Christians are not full of hate and intolerance, if you have hate as a Christian then your not going by faith!

Same reason that some atheists, pagans wiccans, agnostics, jews, muslims, teachers, students, doctors, fireman, veterinarians, farmers, stockbrokers, grocers and carpenters are.
The fact is you assert that some Christians are hateful as if they are the only group that has hateful members. Just as a matter of contrast, read a lot of non-christian posts especially the ones more assaulting than your own and read them with as impartial a look as you can manage and tell me there is no hatred and intolerance there.
Actually you can find all of the evidence for anti-christian hate in the answers to your post.

Think about this one friend, I would like to think that at some point you have taken the time to read what many refer to as the holy bible, these so called Christians that you say are full of have and intolerance think do they really fit the teachings of Christ Jesus close enough for you or anyone to say: hey there is a fine christian?

What is you definition of "hate and intolerance"? Is it that someone disagrees with you? I don't know about you, but I am very intolerant about bank robbers and murderers. I think that they should be put in prison.
The Bible teaches us that we are to love people and to hate sin. Regarding hate, on Answers, I see much more of that from the atheists than the Christians.
Attacking the other person in a debate by calling them a bigot, hateful, intolerant, or something else, is usually the tactic of the debater who does not have the facts on their side.

Wheat and tares. Really. Jesus talked about it in a parable. "An enemy" plants something in the field that isn't the real thing, and the owner of the field tells the hired hands to just leave the false crop there until the harvest...

Which Christians are full of hate and intolerance? (Know your source?) Most Christians are not hateful. We are just talking about Jesus and being saved. Perhaps you just don't like to hear what Christians are saying.
Unfortunately of course there are some (myself included) that may let Satan get to them and lose their tolerance of turning the other cheek, after the 100th time of being called derogatory names or having God referred to as an imaginary friend...you get the idea.

We hate no one, intolerance? Maybe, beacuse we want everyone to be saved and live in the kingdom of heaven one day...we feel sorry for all the lost souls, that will never know Gods love unless they repent and ask for forgiveness.

Same reason SOME atheists are.
There are bad people of every faith, race, creed or culture, people just point out us bad Christians because we're supposed to know better, but to tell you the truth God is love and where you see hatred you're not seeing God.

I don't know any Christians full of hate or intolerance, isn't that strange? Wonder where you see or hear from these people. I do know that those who hate "sin" are only doing what God does and He certainly is intolerant of sin because it will kill you and He is so intolerant of it that He sent His only Son to die for you so it won't hurt or harm you if you will just accept His plan and follow it, but He LOVES all of His creation and wants them all to love Him back.

I will ask a question, was Jesus full of hate and intolerace.
Only for the religious who made life hard for people who just wanted to live.
Never had a problem with Christ and to be honest, most people dont have a problem with Jesus. Its just some of the people who claim to follow him, they cause hurt and pain and hate and its wrong.
They are not really following him.
They just think they are.
