Start walking 4 - 10 miles a day oh and, save some money by just saying no to food all together. Sure it isn't healthy but you will lose 40 pounds by sept. 12 and it is cheap!

1) Workouts
I Run Bout 4 Miles A Day But 4 Beginners I Would Recommend That U Run 2 Miles A Day & if U Get Can't Out The House Or Just Don't Want 2 Running In Place, Jumpin Jacks & Jump Rope Even If U Don't Got One(Pretend).I Would Also Recommend That U Do Some Push-Ups Or If U Can't Do Those Start Out With The Girl Push-Ups(No Offense & Nothin Is Wrong With That). I Also Do Crunches Everyday Before I Go 2 Bed(Maybe Like 30-50) & U Will See Improvements & Toning In Your Stomach Before Long.

2)Eatin Right
As Far As What U Eat U Should Cut Out Red Meat(Such As Burgers,Steaks,Just Beef 2 Put It Short), Greasy Foods, Sugar,Bread & Things Such As That. But Some Fat Is Good 4 U & U Need It 2 Stay Enegized & Healthy So Don't Turn Into A Health Freak Nobody Likes That. U Should Also Drink A Lot More Water Than U Did Before Or Still Do That Is If U Want The Best Results U Can Get & If U Want Diet Foods Or Snacks Fish,Grilled Or Baked Chicken Is Good(Never Fried), 4 Snacks Fruit & Nuts & Stuff Like That Is Good.

3)Just Those Few Tips That I Think U Should Know
:Stay Focused & Don't Let Nobody Throw U Off Your Game

:Don't Eat 2 Hours Prier 2 The Time That U Go 2 Bed(Especially Red
Meat)Because U Need Time 4 Your Food 2 Digest

:Also Try 2 Do Somethin That U Like Cause Usually If U Do Somethin & U Don't Want 2 Do It & Just Doin It Cause U Really Want 2 Lose Weight It U Probably Won't Stay With It So Try 2 Get Into Somethin That Keeps U Active & Movin

:Remember 2 Never Starve Yourself Because Finally When U Get To Where U Want 2 Be At The Weight Will Just Start Comin On In Like A Week As Soon As U Eat Somethin Fatty & If U Feel Like It Gets 2 Difficult, Like I Said Don't Let Nobody Tell U That U Won't Lose Weight Or Get 2 Where U Want 2 Be When U Tone Up & Get That Six Pack Or Flat Stomach You'll Be Laughin In They Face.Also Treat Yourself With Somethin Good Every Month Or So Just 2 Stay Sane So Won't Get Tired Of Eatin Healthy & Want 2 Give Up But Don't Get Carried Away & Start Gettin A Treat Every Week Or Somethin Remember Before U Are About 2 Smash Your Favorite Food or Somethin Say 2 Yourself I Made It This Far Or Am Planning 2 Do So & So & I Am Never Goin 2 Get Anwhere Eatin Like This.So Be Easy From Ya Man's "The King"

buy a bottle of Alli available at most drug stores or target, walmart. Stop drinking soda even diet. Eat a balanced diet 3 or more times a day. no junk food or fast food no diet food either buy real food i.e chicken, egg whites, fish, green vegatables, fruits. drink plenty of water and nothing else. And last but not least excerscise at least 30 minutes a day w/o weighing yourself each day. Keep motivated and believe in yourself I've lost 30 in a month and 7 days doing just that. You can do it if you believe in yourself now go out and get it done.

eat more unrefined foods, reduce portion size as this is sometimes more of a problem than what you eat, 30 mins heart pumping excersize at least 4 times a week(walking at a pace is a grea way to start, pilates dvd's also great investment. train your body to accept diet change and excersiza and most important be positive. reward yourself for any loss no matter how small by being positive. positive talk not overrated. good luck

1) Eat 5 to 6 times a day.
2) Eat lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs
(low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein.)
3) Reduce sugar intake and simple carbs. They make
you hungry fast.Cut junk food .
4) Take 2 to 3 cups of low fat milk, cheese, yoghurt.
5) Do an exercise that you like.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and an hour brisk walk every weekday morning.
And I am still at 108 lbs since I lost 31 lbs one year ago.

Eating healthy, leave all fatty foods & sweets alone, drinking plenty of water & exercising daily. That should it.- That's the healthy way of doing it, but you can also starve yourself to death- but I don't recomend that one. You have plenty of time to lose 30-40 lbs.

That is impossible to achieve. You may be able to lose 20 lbs however. I suggest joining weight watchers (not too expensive) and doing lots of exercise.

you dont eat until then but you take a squirt of breath spray everyday.
